We will submit to all insurances, however. In most instances, there is little to no difference to you if we are considered “in-network” or not. There are a few insurance plans where the insurance company will not pay anything if you go to an out-of-network dentist. These plans are state-funded plans such as Care Source. If you have one of these plans, we are more than happy to see you, but you will be responsible for the entirety of your bill.

We do our absolute best to give you an estimate of what your out-of-pocket investment will be before we do any treatment. Many hours are spent billing patients and working with insurance providers. As a small business, it is a labor of love for our patients and places a burden on our staff to do this. To continue to offer our patients the highest level of care, we request that payment is due at the time of service.
